What information we collect.
We collect the personal information you provide when you submit an enquiry through our website. This includes your name, organisation, email address, phone number, and the details of the transport engagement you are enquiring about.
We do not collect information automatically through tracking technologies. We set no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no profiling cookies. The only cookie we set is a session-level security token used to protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery. This token is session-only, secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite Strict. It is deleted when your browser session ends.
Why we collect it.
We collect your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and deliver a proposal, and to manage the engagement if you proceed with a booking.
Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests: you have contacted us with a commercial enquiry and we process your information to respond to it.

Enquiry information is retained for seven years from the date of the enquiry in accordance with Kenyan business record-keeping requirements.
Where an enquiry does not result in an engagement, we retain only the information necessary to respond to any follow-up contact within a reasonable period.
Your rights.
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request erasure of your information where we have no lawful basis to continue holding it, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.

Data security.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Our website operates exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely. We do not store form data on our web server beyond the delivery of your enquiry to our operations team.
Third parties.
Our website does not load third-party tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any equivalent service.
The only external service involved in processing your enquiry is the email delivery service that routes your form submission to our operations team.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised.
Continued use of our website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
