Your vehicle. Our standard at the wheel.

Daima Luxury provides certified professional drivers for clients who travel in their own vehicles and want someone they can rely on behind the wheel.

Who this is for

Corporate clients with company vehicles who require professional drivers. Private clients with personal vehicles who travel in circumstances where they cannot or prefer not to drive. Clients with branded vehicles where presentation of the driver matters as much as the vehicle itself.

01

What this service addresses.

Some clients have vehicles they prefer to travel in. A company car with specific branding. A personal vehicle configured to their exact preference. A vehicle they own or lease that represents a standard they do not want to compromise by putting an unknown driver in it.

Others simply reach a point where driving themselves through Nairobi traffic at the end of a long day is a cost they are no longer willing to absorb personally.

Daima Luxury provides a chauffeur for either situation. The vehicle stays the same. The operating discipline at the wheel becomes Daima Luxury’s.

02

Branded and corporate vehicles.

For companies with branded vehicles, the chauffeur who drives them is a visible extension of the company’s presentation. A Daima Luxury chauffeur assigned to a corporate vehicle understands that the vehicle, the uniform, and the conduct all represent the company they are working for that day, not just the transport provider who employed them.

Briefing on the company’s specific requirements happens before the first engagement. Where the assignment is ongoing, the briefing is reinforced and updated as the relationship develops.

Chauffeur conduct on this service

When the vehicle is the client's, the chauffeur is the part of the engagement that Daima Luxury owns. The vetting is the same. The conduct register is the same. The briefing before the first day adds whatever the client's vehicle, environment, or organisation requires on top.

Tell us about the vehicle and the requirement.

The vehicle type, the area of operation, the frequency, and any specific conduct or presentation requirements you hold the chauffeur to. The chauffeur the engagement assigns is briefed on every one of those points before the first day.
