What the retainer covers.

A dedicated vehicle assigned to one client for the duration of the retainer period. A dedicated chauffeur who learns the client’s schedule, routes, preferences, and standards over time rather than encountering them fresh at each booking. A fixed monthly cost agreed in the proposal and not revisited until the retainer renews.

The vehicle and chauffeur are available to the client for the agreed scope of use within the retainer. There is no daily availability check, no per-journey negotiation, and no moment where the client wonders whether the car will be there.
